Looks like we will be getting freezing rain later. I just saw some rain droplets out the window, so the upper air over us must have already moderated. Here's an update summary for Vancouver, Washington: Up in Vancouver we had heavy snow around 2-4:30 pm, with winds gusting to 31 mph causing blowing and drifting snow.
